Submission Guidelines​

• Must be a S.A.G.E. member to submit. To become a member, click here

• Entry Fee: 1 FREE entry for S.A.G.E.

• $15 for 2 additional entries 

• Can submit up to 3 entries total (for S.A.G.E. members only)

• Work MUST be submitted via our online form. No exceptions.

• Payments must be made during drop off. No checks accepted.

• There will be no refunds once your entry is submitted, regardless of the status of your entry. Entries may be disqualified for not following entry guidelines.

Eligible Work

• Accepting 2d work, including: paintings, print making, and mixed media

• NO copies of paintings will be accepted.

• Artists must be 18 years or older.

• Work must be listed for sale. Prices cannot be changed once submitted.

• Artwork must hang for the duration of the exhibit.

• Work previously exhibited at Sutherland Arts Studio & Gallery's juried exhibitions may not be accepted.

• Sutherland Arts Studio & Gallery receives a 35% Commission on Art Sales, please price your art accordingly

Framing​​​​

• No clip frames, center hangers, or adhesive hooks. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. 

• Please attach wire between a quarter and a third of the way down from the top of the frame leaving a little slack so it will hang close to the wall.

• If an aspect of the piece prohibits wire, please address the situation with the curator, who will make the final determination regarding installation.

• A storage fee may be charged for pieces not picked up as scheduled.
